Most of our events are student-focused, but most do not require a Student ID. Check the event listing details before booking.

Unless specified otherwise, such as an event selling out, the answer is always yes

If an event is cancelled, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or ticket transfer to a future event.

Event venues handle lost and found, so contact them via their Instagram pages.

In the case of Ziggy’s York, contact them through their Facebook page.

You can also come to the venue the following night and ask the staff to help, which is usually the fastest way to do things!

All of our events, unless specifically stated, are 18+.

Venues and their door staff teams are in control of ID checking, not us.

Drivers License, Passport, BRP Cards and (Foreign) Identity Cards are accepted, proving you are 18 years or over.

Other forms of ID may be accepted provided they have the PASS hologram eg Citizen Card. However, some venues may not accept them.

We’d recommend checking with the venue first, such as messaging their Instagram.

We would advise everyone that if you are unsure bring your Passport / Drivers License

Doors usually open between 10pm and 11pm – you can find the full details on the event listings – we always recommend arriving early to guarantee entry!
